Porcupine Meat Balls

  • 1 cup rice
  • 500g mince
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • water (can full)

Mix rice, mince & form into balls. Place in large casserole dish.

Pour soup & water over top.

Cook for 1 1/2 hrs in a 180 degrees C oven with the lid on.

Serve with mashed potatoes
