Bark
- Saltine Crackers
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 bag (12oz) chocolate chips
- 1 cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)
- Line a 10"x15"x1" cookie sheet with foil.
- Line bottom with saltine Crackers, all touching, filling in the spaces at the end of row with pieces of crackers
- On the stove top, melt butter and sugar to a boil. Lower hear to low boil for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat and add vanilla
- Pour butter mixture over crackers
- Sprinkle chocolate chips over baked saltines, when melted, spread all over.
- Sprinkle with chopped nuts.
- Refrigerate pan
- When cold, break into irregular pieces
