My Prayer Rock

I am a special prayer rock, and this is what I do,

• You put me on your pillow until the day is through,
• Then when it's coming night-time and you jump into your bed -
• Whack! Your special prayer rock will hit you on the head!
• That's how you will remember to get up and say your prayer.
• Then dump me on the floor and until morning I'll stay there.

When you get up next morning, then clunk! I'll stub your toe,

• So you will quickly think about your morning prayer, you know.
• Then back on to your pillow, before you start your day,
• Your clever little prayer rock once again will help you pray.
• When we forget to say our prayers, our days are not the same
• We need our Heavenly Father's help to reach our highest aim.
