Porcupine Meat Balls
- 1 cup rice
- 500g mince
- 1 can tomato soup
- water (can full)
Mix rice, mince & form into balls. Place in large casserole dish.
Pour soup & water over top.
Cook for 1 1/2 hrs in a 180 degrees C oven with the lid on.
Serve with mashed potatoes
