Microwaved Cheesecake
- 75g butter, melted
- 125g crushed biscuits
Mix together and press into 23cm pie dish. Put in fridge to set.
- 250g cream cheese
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 Tbs lemon juice
- 3 Tbs castor sugar
- 4 Tbs flour
Mix all well. Pour into biscuit base. Microwave on Medium for 17 minutes. Allow to cool. Decorate with whipped cream and serve with fruit.
