Cornbread
- 1 cup starter
- 1 and 1/2 cups cornmeal
- 2 beaten eggs
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 1 cup unsweetened evaporated milk
Mix all ingredients. Then in another bowl mix the next ingredients.
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
Add two mixtures together. Grease 25cm tin and bake at 180C for 25-30 mins.
