Vegetable Crumble
Rub 4g butter into 6oz wholemeal flour
Add:
- 4oz grated cheese
- 2 oz mixed nuts
- 2 T sesame seeds
- Set aside
- Chop 1 1/2 lbs mixed root veges
- Melt 2oz butter in large pot
- Saute 1 onion
- Add prepared veges
- Cook 10 mins
- Stir in flour
- Then add:
- 1/2 pt stock
- 8 oz tomatoes
- 1/4 pt milk
- parlsey
- Bring to boil, cover, simmer 15 mins, until veges are tender
- Cover with topping
- Bake 350 degrees for 1/2 hr
