- 200g Self Raising Flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 50g Largarine/ Margarine
- Enough Milk to make a soft dough
Make and bake as for Rich Scones.
- Ideal with strawberry jam and for cream.
- Plain scones are much paler in colour than other scones. For a golden finish brush with milk or egg.
