Plain Scones

  • 200g Self Raising Flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 50g Largarine/ Margarine
  • Enough Milk to make a soft dough

Make and bake as for Rich Scones.

  1. Ideal with strawberry jam and for cream.
  2. Plain scones are much paler in colour than other scones. For a golden finish brush with milk or egg.
