Easter Nest Cakes

  • 100g plain or milk chocolate
  • 2 tbsp golden syrup
  • 50g butter
  • 75g cornflakes or other cereal (Shredded Wheat are the best)
  • Mini eggs
  • Cake cases
  • Saucepan
  • Wooden spoon
  1. Melt the chocolate, syrup and butter together in a pan on a low heat, or in the microwave.
  2. Stir in the cornflakes.
  3. Spoon into 12 cake cases in a bun tin.
  4. Sit 2 or 3 eggs on top of each 'nest'.

These will keep in an airtight container for 2-3 days.
