Chocolate Balls

  • 4 Tablespoons Butter
  • 4 Tablespoons Fresh Milk
  • 8 Tablespoons Raw Sugar
  • Hat slowly until melted
  • Add 12 rounded Tablespoons Skim Milk
  • 2 Tablespoons cocoa powder
  • Add either chopped nuts, apricots or sultanas, stir, let cool.
  • Roll into balls. Roll in coconut or chocolate hail.
  • Refrigerate
