Sour Dough Bread
- 1 cup of starter
- 2 cups warm water
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup oil
Mix altogether.
Add 6 cups whole wheat flour.
Cover dough. Let rise 3 to 4 hours or till doubled.
Knead slightly and put into 2 greased tins. Leave 1 to 2 hours till doubled again.
Bake 30 to 40 mins at 180 C. Turn out on to wire rack to cool.
