Pikelets

In food processor mix

• 2 cups flour
• 2 tsp. cream of tartar and 1 tsp. baking soda, OR 3 tsp. baking powder
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 2 Tb. sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup milk

Mix till consistency of soft whipped cream. Put spoonfuls into hot, well oiled frying pan. Cook both sides and cool on wire rack.
