Easter Bunnies (Butter Cake)
- 125g (40 oz) Butter
- vanilla
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cup Self Rising flour
- 1/3 cup mile
Mix butter, vanilla, sugar
Add egg in the mix
then flour, & milk
Bake
Vienna Cream
- 4 oz Butter
- 1 1/2 cup icing sugar
- 2 tbs milk
- 2 tbs cocoa
To Make Bunnies
Cut the top bit (tip)
Spread cream
Cut the tip into half
Stick the 2 tips on top to look like bunny ears
stick a little lollie as a nose
