My Prayer Rock

I am a special prayer rock, and this is what I do,
You put me on your pillow until the day is through,
Then when it's coming night-time and you jump into your bed -
Whack! Your special prayer rock will hit you on the head!
That's how you will remember to get up and say your prayer.
Then dump me on the floor and until morning I'll stay there.

When you get up next morning, then clunk! I'll stub your toe,
So you will quickly think about your morning prayer, you know.
Then back on to your pillow, before you start your day,
Your clever little prayer rock once again will help you pray.
When we forget to say our prayers, our days are not the same
We need our Heavenly Father's help to reach our highest aim.
